CombinaciónsOver the years Pablo has been asked, “What’s good here?” In response to that question he has put together some authentic Mexican combinations that are our customers’ favorites. Combinations are served with your choice of Spanish rice OR refried beans (black beans can be substituted for refried beans.) Unless mentioned otherwise, your choice of meat would include one of the following: seasoned ground beef, spicy shredded beef, shredded chicken or pork carnita. Add a pork tamale for 2.00 to any meal.
EntréesAll of Pablo’s entrees are prepared with old family recipes passed down from previous favorites enjoyed by his family over the years. If the item includes your choice of meat, choose from the following: seasoned ground beef, spicy shredded beef, shredded chicken or pork carnita. Each item served with Spanish rice and refried beans. Black beans can be substituted for refried beans. Add any of these sauces to any order: chile verde, enchilada sauce or sour cream chipotle sauce.
FajitasSizzling fajitas served with fresh red and green bell peppers, onions and tomatoes. Every order accompanied with guacamole, sour cream, refried beans (black beans can be substituted for refried beans), pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese and hot flour tortillas.
Gringo TwistThe first item for this section was created for Grandpa Ralph. His German heritage and Mexican food just did not get along. Pablo soon realized other Minnesotan’s might enjoy a variety of menu items when they visit.
Old FavoritesIf your appetite is not demanding all the variety or quantity of our combinations Pablo suggests you start here. All Old Favorites are served with Spanish rice and refried beans. Add a pork tamale for 2.00 to any meal.
The Friday & Saturday Seafood SectionMexico has always been known for guacamole, tacos or anything you can do with a jalapeño pepper. With miles of coastline, a not surprising but a little known fact that seafood provides some of Pablo’s most authentic Mexican cuisine. Specially prepared on Fridays and Saturdays we encourage you to enjoy the following selections.
